Metamorphosis Health & Fitness was founded on the belief that movement is medicine and growth is a lifelong journey. Through classes, coaching, workshops, community events, and wellness partnerships, my mission is to help individuals build strength, confidence, mobility, and overall well-being in a supportive environment.

For most classes, we recommend bringing:
A yoga or fitness mat
A sweat towel
 Water
Supportive clothing you can comfortably move in
Any personal equipment you prefer to use (resistance bands, yoga blocks, pilates balls, dumbbells, ankle weights, sliders etc.)
